    Weekly Group Program

As well as discussion, our group sessions provide new techniques. These tools can be used anywhere, any time to lift you out of negative thinking, fear, anger or self doubt and to expand your sense of calmness and joy.

Beginners and intermediate meditators enjoy these techniques because they add variety to your practice and allow you to apply your skills in the real world. More advanced students will appreciate the boost these tools give to their existing routine and the deepening, integrative effect they bring.

Practicing a new way of relating to the world and fueled by our daily meditations, a remarkable transformation occurs. It takes on a momentum of its own, propelling us deep into the core of our infinite being. We rediscover a spontaneous childlike state. We are restored, replenished, and ready to take on the world, with an ease, a confidence, a power we didn't know we had.

Directions
We are in the same street as the big primary school, Milton Public School. We are down the hill from the main school entrance. Opposite the large horse paddock which sits directly behind the Commercial Hotel and the shops on the north side of the highway.
I have found the techniques easy
to practice and understand, over the past few weeks I’ve been feeling calmer, happier, more focussed and positive.
I plan to make this a regular
part of my life.
