I am a naturally a skeptical person. I have attempted meditation twice before without any success. I had no expectations that this would work for me either. In all honesty, I can say that I am calm, relaxed and eager to continue the course and practice on my own!

I have wanted to learn to meditate for many years and have bought books and read articles without any success. Having regular classes/meeting times each week enabled me to fully commit to learning how to meditate. I find I am now calmer and don’t tend to ‘fly off the handle’ as easily as I used to.
